Refund policy
Version 2026-10-26.1. Your order records the version you accepted.
1. Refunds within 14 days
You get a full refund of what you paid if you ask within 14 days of purchase (the day the payment was confirmed). This applies to orders paid through Paddle and to bank transfers alike.
When an order is refunded, its key is revoked on every Mac; the app locks the license at its next license check.
2. Orders paid through Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders, so Paddle refunds the money to the method you paid with. To ask, look up your order at paddle.net with the e-mail address you bought with and request a refund there, or write to [email protected] with the order number (it is in your license e-mail) and that address; we will ask Paddle to refund it.
The key is revoked once Paddle confirms the refund. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Bank transfer orders
Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, giving the order number and the account to receive the refund: bank name, account number and account holder. We transfer everything received for the order back to that account, then revoke the key.
We use these account details only to send the refund.
4. After 14 days
Requests made after 14 days are considered case by case. This policy does not limit any right to cancel or to a refund that consumer law gives you where you live.
5. Overpaid bank transfers
If you transferred more than the price, the difference is sent back to the account the payment came from and the license stays valid. Reply to the e-mail that carried your license key, or write to [email protected], to let us know.
6. Payment reversals
If a payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer (chargeback), the key is revoked on every Mac, and restored if the dispute is decided in the seller's favour. To get your money back within 14 days, ask for a refund as described above: it is quicker than a dispute.
