Payment and delivery policy

1. How to pay

International card through Paddle: Paddle's checkout takes cards and the other methods Paddle offers where you live (for example PayPal or Apple Pay). Prices are set in US dollars; Paddle may show and charge them in your local currency. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders: it adds sales tax where it applies and e-mails you the receipt. The final amount is shown in Paddle's window before you pay.

Vietnamese bank transfer with a VietQR code, in dong. We sell these orders directly; transfers are confirmed automatically through SEPay.

We never receive or store card numbers.

2. Price

The price and the number of Macs (one key works on up to 3 Macs) are shown on the pricing page and again before you pay. It is a one-time price with no recurring fee, lifetime updates included.

3. Bank transfers

Each order has its own payment code; write exactly that code in the transfer description so the system can match it. The QR code is valid for 24 hours; money that arrives later is still recorded for the order.

Paid too little: the order waits for the rest and we e-mail you the amount still due, to be sent with the same description. Paid too much: the difference is returned to the paying account and the license stays valid.

4. Delivery

PFCove is a digital product; nothing is shipped. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the license key is e-mailed to the address you entered at checkout; you can also see it on the Account page by signing in with that address.

If Paddle reviews the payment or the order needs a manual check, the key is sent as soon as the confirmation completes.

5. No e-mail arrived

Check your spam folder, then sign in to the Account page with the address you bought with to get the key. If it is still missing, write to us with the order number.

6. Refunds

You can get a refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase; how to ask for each payment method is in the refund policy.
